Donjoy X Act Rom - Post-operative knee brace

The X-ACT ROM post-operative telescopic knee brace is a medical device designed to support rehabilitation after knee surgery. It is indicated for reconstruction or treatment of the ACL, PCL, LCL, and MCL ligaments, meniscus repair, tibial plateau fractures, or severe joint sprains.

The brace allows for wide adjustment of movement thanks to the articulation joint, which allows for flexion between -20° and 120° and extension adjustable from -10° to 90° . Furthermore, it is possible to limit movement by locking the flexion angle at pre-set positions of 0°, 15° and 30° , based on therapeutic needs.

The knee brace is easy to put on and adjust thanks to the quick-release buckles and the Tele-Fit system with telescopic rods , which allow for quick and precise adaptation to the patient's morphology. The internal lining in medical-grade polyurethane ensures comfort, stability, and proper joint support during use.

Available in one size , the X-ACT ROM is ambidextrous , therefore usable on both the right and left knee, representing a practical and effective solution for post-operative functional recovery.
